Who it's for: All women — no Pilates experience required. Beginners and seasoned practitioners alike will feel at home.

What to wear: Comfortable activewear you can move in. Grip socks are included in your gift bag and recommended for class.

What to bring: Just yourself — mats and all equipment are provided.

Arrival: Doors open at 10:45 AM. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
