Thank you for shopping with Kyme Active LLC. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.
1. Return Window
Kyme Active LLC accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned within 30 days and must meet the condition requirements below.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition;
- Free from smudges, stains, odors, makeup marks, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear;
- Returned with original tags attached, if tags were included with the item; and
- Returned with any original packaging, if applicable.
Kyme Active LLC reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these requirements.
3. Refunds Within 30 Days
Eligible items returned within 30 days will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
4. Returns After 30 Days
Items returned after the 30-day return window are not eligible for a cash refund.
If Kyme Active LLC accepts a return after 30 days, the customer will receive store credit only. Store credit may be used toward a future purchase from Kyme Active LLC.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of wear, stains, smudges, odors, or damage;
- Items without tags, if tags were originally attached;
- Final sale items, if marked final sale at purchase;
- Gift cards; and
- Any item not returned in accordance with this policy.
6. Exchanges
At this time, Kyme Active LLC may offer exchanges subject to product availability.
If you need a different size, color, or style, you may request an exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit according to this policy.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Kyme Active LLC is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@kymeactive.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.
For online orders, federal rules may also apply if merchandise is not shipped within the stated shipping time, or within 30 days if no time is stated. In that situation, sellers generally must obtain consent for a delay or provide a refund for unshipped merchandise.

Returns sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Kyme Active LLC may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
