3. Free Shipping

Kyme Active LLC offers free shipping on orders with a subtotal over $150 USD.

Orders with a subtotal over $150 USD will be provided with a free shipping option at checkout, where available.

The order subtotal must exceed $150 USD before taxes, duties, shipping charges, discounts, or other fees are applied unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping Locations

Kyme Active LLC may ship to customers within the United States and to selected international locations.

Available shipping destinations may vary and will be shown at checkout.

5. International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Parcels shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. Kyme Active LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or failure to pay required import charges.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Kyme Active LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping carrier receives the package.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Kyme Active LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or unpaid customs fees, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is generally the responsibility of the carrier.

Kyme Active LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us at info@kymeactive.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@kymeactive.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the matter and determine the appropriate next steps.

11. Free Returns

Kyme Active LLC offers free returns to eligible U.S. and international customers for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery in selected countries.

Free return availability may depend on your location and will be confirmed during the return process.

Items must meet our return eligibility requirements, including being free of smudges, stains, wear, odors, or damage, with tags attached if applicable.

12. First-Time Customer Refunds

First-time customers may be eligible for a refund on their first purchase only, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for first-time customer returns may be subject to a return fee, which will be calculated at the time the return is requested.

13. Final Sale Items

Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned unless otherwise required by applicable law.
